Do I need planning permission?

Many porches and conservatories don’t need planning permission, but it depends on the size, position and your property. We can talk this through at your survey, and you can confirm with your local planning authority.

What roof options are available?

We offer glass roofs — including Pilkington Activ™ Blue self-cleaning, solar-control glass — and modern lightweight tiled roofs. We’ll explain the differences and help you choose what suits the way you’ll use the space.

Which styles do you install?

Victorian, Edwardian, gable-fronted and lean-to styles, with brick-base or full-height glazing, and front porches with side panels or windows.

Is my deposit protected?

Is the design survey free?
